Join us for the 17th Annual MK 5K Run & Family Fun Walk! This in-person 5K run or 2-mile walk supports Southwest Crisis Center and the Mary Kay Foundation.

Kari and Sara recently had the opportunity to attend the Southwest Initiative Foundation (SWIF) conference, Navigating the Currents: Charting the Course.
The day was filled with learning, fresh ideas, and meaningful connections with others in the nonprofit community. Opportunities like this support our continued growth and help strengthen the services and support we provide across our region.

We have multiple in-person and virtual support and empowerment group opportunities for youth and adults. We do have a Spanish option as well.
